QuickBooks Training

Introduction to Quickbooks Training

Our Introductory QuickBooks training classes are designed to meet the needs  every attendee by conduct ing small classes, typically with 5 – 10 attendees and call one to two days in advance of the class to identify your biggest problems in business and with the software so we can provide specific training relevant to your situation. We use the information from our call to determine the direction of the class, and may focus on certain areas more than others. What is important to note is that we cover all of the material, but will spend the most time on information that will best help you succeed.

Advanced QuickBooks Training

Our full day advanced QuickBooks training covers the more Advanced QuickBooks features (click on “More Information” below for a list of topics). The reason our training is exceptional, is that we keep our class size small, and call each attendee in advance to ask them if there is a particular problem area in which they would like us to focus. With a small number of attendees in the room, we can cover all of the material, yet still take extra time to address your specific concerns. Our QuickBooks experts, in addition to methodically working through the materials in the workbook, (yours to keep), demonstrate answers to your questions live in the software. The goal of our advanced QuickBooks training is to show you outstanding features in QuickBooks you may not be fully taking advantage of, address specific problem areas you have encountered in the software, and show you simple steps to increase your efficiency, productivity and profitability.

QuickBooks Online Training

QuickBooks Online is a web based version of the software that is accessible through a password and login. A great feature of QuickBooks Online is that your books can be accessed anywhere that you have Internet access.  QuickBooks Online comes in three different packages depending on the needs of the business owner. If you have experience with the desktop version of QuickBooks then you may experience a learning curve when switching to QB Online. This class will educate you on how to navigate through QB Online, how to record transactions like invoicing, receiving payments, depositing funds, entering and paying bills, reporting and more.
